Home office equipment package right at the start (laptop, keyboard, monitor…)</li> <li>Home office equipment upgrade (furniture, ear plugs …) or membership to a local co-working space after your onboarding</li> <li>Sick leave benefit, parental leave and 25 days of annual leave plus your local national holidays</li> <li>Personal development fund for courses, books, conferences, and material</li> <li>VSOP (Virtual Stock Option Plan)</li> <li>The annual international team-building trip, quarterly and monthly online get-togethers</li> <li>As a fully remote company, with work-life balance at its core, you’ll enjoy flexible schedules</li> <li>An international team that loves to have fun at work and works hard together to accomplish shared goals</li> </ul></div><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p> <p>As a <strong>Motion & Video Designer </strong>at <strong>Storyblok</strong>, you'll define the visual heartbeat of our brand - building the video systems, motion patterns, and production assets that bring consistency and energy to everything we ship, from product launches and events to social, developer content, and beyond.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Produce animated product demos, feature explainers, and launch videos that make complex product capabilities feel intuitive and compelling.</li> <li>Design motion graphics and UI animations that bring Storyblok’s workflows, features, and value propositions to life - clearly and on-brand</li> <li>Partner with Product Marketing, Design, and Product teams to transform new feature launches and strategic initiatives into compelling visual stories.</li> <li>Lead and evolve Storyblok's video design system, including motion principles, templates, intros, outros, lower thirds, thumbnails, and reusable assets used across product videos, webinars, customer stories, events, and social media.</li> <li>Produce and edit video content for a variety of formats and channels, ensuring consistency with Storyblok's visual identity and brand standards.</li> <li>Work with internal teams and external vendors to plan and produce high-quality video across campaigns, webinars, events, and launches.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <ul> <li>3–5 years of experience in motion design, video production, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video work.</li> <li>Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, and related creative tools.</li> <li>Experience creating animated product demonstrations, feature explainers, or launch videos for SaaS products.</li> <li>Strong understanding of visual storytelling, animation principles, typography, video production workflows, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging visual stories.</li> <li>Experience developing scalable video templates, motion systems, and brand assets.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Demonstrates AI literacy, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and quality of work while applying sound judgment and critical thinking.</li> <li>A Bachelor's degree in Design, Motion Graphics, Multimedia, Film, or a related field is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Remote (home) work opportunity or funded by Storyblok co-working space</span></p> <p><strong>GENERAL TERMS</strong></p> <p><em>Storyblok has a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
