Smaller and more focused. We only list remote-remote (no "remote-friendly = 3 days in office"). Salary shown by default. No ads, no CPC pop-ups, no paywall for candidates. Independent — one founder, no VC, sustainable pricing.

How is the catalog kept fresh?

Two paths. (1) Paid employers post directly via our checkout — €99 per posting, 30 days live. (2) We syndicate from public ATS feeds (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable). Every synced role links back to the company's real careers page.

Do I have to pay to apply?

No. RemoteTalent is 100% free for candidates. Browse, save, apply, build a public CV — all free, forever.

How do applications work?

For syndicated jobs, clicking Apply takes you to the company's own careers page — the company runs the process, not us. For jobs paid-posted directly on RemoteTalent, you apply through the platform and the employer contacts you.

Can I keep my profile private?

Yes. Your profile is only public if you explicitly publish it (toggle in Settings). Unpublished profiles are invisible to everyone including us and only stored so you can use the CV builder or track applications.

Do you share my data with recruiters?

Accepted Answer

No. We don't sell your email, don't resell your data, and don't send unsolicited recruiter messages. Only employers you apply to see your info. Full policy on our Privacy page.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, one click from Settings. We erase every row referencing you across the database and wipe your storage files within 30 days (GDPR art. 17). Invoice records are kept 6 years as required by Spanish tax law.

How much does posting a job cost?

€99 per posting (30 days live). 5-pack €399 (12-month validity, ~20% off). 10-pack €699 (18-month validity, ~30% off). Add-ons available per posting (logo, highlight, sticky, cross-post). No subscriptions.

Do you offer refunds?

Published postings are non-refundable. Unused credits in a pack are refundable for 14 days from purchase. Contact support@remotetalent.dev for exceptional cases.

Can I edit a posting after publishing?

Yes. From your dashboard you can update title, description, salary, skills and add-ons at any time during the 30-day window. Applicants stay attached.

Do you provide invoices?

Yes, VAT-compliant invoices are emailed after every purchase and available in your dashboard. You can add a PO number at checkout.
